FAQ

 

Just in case you aren't sure of what some of our policies are, we have compiled a few facts below.

How do I place an order?



If you know your size, then simply find a suit you are interested in, select the size, and add it to cart.

How do I know my size?



If you have purchased from us before, the inside tag should indicate what size you are. Keep in mind all our sizes are written in European sizes. All you need to do is subtract whatever number is there by 10. (Example: if it says 56, in American sizes that would be a 46) Next to those numbers will be a letter. C means short, R means regular, and  L means long. Additionally, above the sizes it will say "Fusion" which means slim, or "Venezia" which means Regular. 

If you have never purchased a suit from us before, we recommend being fitted by The Suit Lady herself. However, that is not always easy. Therefore you can email or call us to make sure you order the right size suit.

Payment and Shipping



We accept all major credit cards. Should you have any issues with payment, please give us a call. Generally, shipping should take no more than 7 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays on the shipment due to holidays. We do charge shipping on all purchases. Occasionally we will offer a deal where shipping is free.

Returns & refunds



All items sold on the website are refundable and can be returned for full reimbursement so long as it is within 14 days of purchase. We are not responsible for refunding shipping on returns and are not responsible for providing a return label. You may return or exchange in one of our stores.
